Welcome to Path ("Path," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Path website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About Path

Path is a digital platform designed to support tennis players, parents, coaches, academies, federations, and organizations in navigating long-term athletic development and competitive pathways.

Path provides planning tools, educational content, insights, and digital experiences. Path does not provide professional coaching, medical advice, legal advice, or guaranteed outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Accounts & Access

Certain features of the Service may require creating an account.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Path reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Path does not guarantee:

  • Athletic performance, rankings, or results
  • Tournament acceptance or selection
  • Scholarships, sponsorships, or professional outcomes

Users are responsible for their own decisions and are encouraged to consult qualified coaches, professionals, or governing bodies when appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to Path and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent from Path.

7. User Content

If you submit or upload content (including data, feedback, or materials), you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant Path a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Service
  • Confirm that you have the rights to submit such content

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are non-refundable

Path's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Path, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
